Hello from Harare, (but usually Brisbane).

I use Craddocks quite a lot and on the whole find their service to be pretty good. The way that they handle the 'miscellaneous export charge' as a separate order can be a bit of a pain if you don't know what they are going to charge when you are comparing different sources. However, you can email Penny or Jonathan in spares parts direct with the part numbers for a delivered price quote - then confirm the order number and pay direct through Paypal with that number in the comments box.

Week before last I ordered a set of Exmoor seats and a couple of floor panels and set of gaskets - they added the floor bits and gaskets to the original shipping quote (GBP60) for nil extra. Paid it through Paypal as described above. Arrived well packed as two parcels last Tuesday even though the shipping charge was just for one.

    Great service.

    Cheers

Hello again from Harare - beautiful morning but nary a Land Rover in sight. Unusual, because there are usually a few about the car park or streets. Heading east to Mozambique later on and will wait to see what the day brings on.

Anyway, I hope your order comes through OK. As I mentioned before, I have had a pretty good run with Craddocks - and all the rest of the usual UK suspects (Paddock, Island, DLS etc) too for that matter. Regular post can be slow - up to 5 weeks or so, but most of the priority stuff seems to take about a week or slightly less. Craddocks sent the seats etc through priority post in this last delivery, so I collected them at my local Post Office since they wouldn't fit on the Honda........

    Cheers,

just beat the rain and lightning after fabricating a replacement trigger for the mig gun from some thick fencing wire.

got to add two angle brackets that bolt onto the bottom rear cross member and i will be happy to haul to maximum spec.

not that it will ever be used for that but best to be prepared

more likely to be holding a bike rack or a jerry frame than a 4 tonne load

and will all unbolt if need be...

that is why it will unbolt!

not that it does much of that at present....
