Hi Flying,
I am using spray cans - if money was no object I would pay to get the thing sprayed professionally!
I have found that to get the best results (as with many things in life) - it all comes down to the preparation.. The more prep the better.
I tend to clean off all dust, mud and grime from the panel.
Sand the panel back to bare metal.
Clean it
Etch prime it
Spray in a clean/dust free/dry area, re-coat according to the recommended drying time.
I always do multiple coats.
I only ever do one panel at a time.
Move the finished panel to another room or cover it - to protect it from over-spray and damage.
Cheers!
