This mob have them, but only advertised with rubber boot.
Land Rover Parts - BOOT - TIE ROD END - L/ROV+ROV (Includes spring rings)
Maybe worth a call to see if they can sell separately?
Cheers

4-Wheel Drives in Blackburn carry the garter springs for both ends of the boot
Four Wheel Drives Pty Ltd, Largest Range of 4x4 Parts and Accessories in Australia.
Don't buy their rubber boots, unless they've changed supplier because they decompose in a couple of years.
A good bearing supplier should be able to get garter springs but they might have to order in a large quantity.
