A performing seal?
Regards Philip A
Seriously though you will probably find its a good ol cork seal.
Hi all
Began servicing the engine today. The oil breather on top of the tappet cover has obviously been leaking for a while due to oil residue everywhere. I removed it to find large amounts of silicone around the breather.
What type of seal goes around this breather?
Thanks

The 'O' ring sits in a recess on the rocker cover.
It maybe still in place.
50c O ring or $1 worth of silicone ?
