Too much id say.
There is a thing called a speedy sleeve but i`m guessing a new pulley would work out cheaper in the long run

I am restoring my 1960 S2 petrol and would like some advice on the crank shaft pulley, there is a slight groove in the shaft where the front seal will run in, is the groove acceptable enough or should I replace the pulley, they are cheep enough.. About $50 I thinkImageUploadedByTapatalk1458027549.024686.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1458027579.016363.jpg. I am concerned that the seal will leak with the slight groove ?

Ye that's what I thought .. Paddockspares have the pulley for ?9.95 ... And locally for about $50
you can dev con, sand and polish
you can fill with silver solder and sand and polish.
I advise you give speedy sleeving a go because its a cheap part, if you screw it you can replace it, its a part that can be replaced easily in vehicle the speedy sleeve is only about $10 for the pully and it will give you the experience for installing a speedi sleeve when you realy need to do it as a live job.
