Pretty much got back of car sorted except mudflaps

Not sure about tyre carrier I may remove it and use brackets to store high lift jack, and put spare on bonnet. Unfortunately I only have 5 matching rims so must decide bonnet or back, initially I wanted both but that 6th rim is proving elusive.
Can of electrickery worms well and truly opened

G'day Paul,
That swing away, is that an original part, or something thats been made to suit? It looks really well made indicating it almost looks like a standard accessory. (?).
Im not sure, I assumed it was something the previous owner fabricated, but you are right it is well made. There was no part number on it that I could see".......somewhere in the past some one quiet handy has been at the car ,it also has a full roll cage I've got stored way.
Cheers Paul
That sort of swing away was never a factory option for any Series vehicle, and as far as I know was never offered as an aftermarket option either during Series production, but may have been offered more recently.

Mate came over to day and we bled the brakes meaning I could put the guards on and have something to attach wiring to.
As usual fitted guards twicenot realising inner goes on the inside of bulkhead support bracket, I was too concerned about lining up outside

Booster snugged back in nicely

And inner guard went from thisIMG_2029.jpg to thisIMG_3050.jpg

Vehicle looks great. I re-read all you posts the other day after seeing how far you had made it. That early work you did on painting the panels as they came off is really paying dividends now.
Thanks
Angus
