Thread: Gearbox rebuild

Morning Gents,

I have two 2a gearboxes and want to make one good one out of them, way out of my comfort zone!
So, has anyone got any recommendation for this job in the Brisbane area?

Read the manual, they aren't that difficult, but you will be adding bits, and usually both boxes will have the same stuffed bits.
I found it better to just buy another box.
Of course that was not a forever fix and now I am changing it for another that supposedly has been done up ! We will see.
But, now I am in your situation, two boxes , spares, to make one, and the third that I am fitting needs modifying to fit!
