Head bolts are re useable. Dont know about the rest. Copper gasket has special seal bits that hold the hot spots in place hopefully so we aware of that if u can get a composit gasket. Retension the head bolts after running and my plan is to retension whenever I check the tappets. Im not sure if this is supposed to be done but I think it will stop the copper gasket from failing as often as they seem to. Oh and diesel head torque is tighter than petrol motors as is the crank torques, going by the genuine manuals.
Cheers Rod
