Compatibility between sII and sIII brakes

I'm looking at adding a 1970's series 2 ex military LWB Land Rover to my collection, but all ready have a SIII LWB. I've reconditioned the brakes (shoes, cylinders, drums and master + some lines) on my SIII which has a dud engine. Are the slave/wheel cylinders for the brakes the same on both models? Or do I need to change the hubs over?

Same if both are 4 cyl or both 6 cyl. 6 cyl have wider drums and shoes, 3". 4cyl have 2 1/2" shoes and drums. Both use the same wheel cyls but have different backing plates between 4 and 6 cyl, on the front. Rears are all the same on 109.

    Cheers Rod
