in the third pic the door looks damaged? is the bottom of the frame bent or out of shape? Or possibly the bulkhead outrigger or outer post damaged?

						Hi all
As you can see in the pic my drivers door is too low and its angled back a bit. I need to move it up and a bit forward.
I have loosened the upper hinge and moved it as far forward and up as it can go. But the gap at the top and front is still too much. The bottom hinge is I think in about the right position. Even if I loosen and move the bottom hinge a bit it doesn't make the door any higher. The door and frame shape seem to be OK. The passenger door is fine and the hinges on that door seem to be similarly positioned.
This thread Series 2A door fit mentioned the brass balls and they though are fine. They do not appear to be worn, they are still round.
So I'm at a loss as to what I can try next. Suggestions appreciated.

						Hi
The bottom of the door frame has a slight bend but looking at it I cannot see how that can result in the door being too low. The lowermost horizontal part of the frame is bent 1/2 cm outwards but that would only prevent it closing fully at the bottom. I think :-)

Door frame & skin look damaged.
Look at the gap between the door & bulkhead at the top hinge, now look at the lack of gap at the lower hinge (door skin almost overlapping the bulkhead) .
Door may have been opened slightly and caught on something as the vehicle was reversing, or opened slightly and another vehicle has hit the bottom of the door.
Impact may have damaged the bulkhead at the hinge point. Evidence of damage on the outer edge of the door (where it was hit ?).
Door needs to come off, remove doortop and then de-skin and straighten the frame, skin needs to be straightened before re-fitting.
Alternatively find another door.

Hi,
Here are some pictures to compare to a door that's in reasonable working order, hope this would shed some help.
