I'm not sure of the number of CKD 88/RHD ones made per year, and I think they restarted the numbers with a new suffix but I suspect the 7,000 would put is in the fairly early period for that suffix so guessing around the beginning of 1964. (Others may have different guesses or even concrete information!).
This is the most common variant seen in Australia for that period (except military, which were mostly 109s) - probably would have originally been a soft top, but hardtop is possible. Station wagon very unlikely - very few sold here at that time. Should have a PMC plate just above data plate (unless it is a stray from some other assembly location. I'm not sure, but it is possible some of the local distributors may have still been doing their own assembly here then, although I doubt it.
