The only problem I see, is if you have widened it at all.

You may have problems, unless it was a military, 1959 SWB were usually green while 1959 LWB were usually grey.

Apart from the colour - the difference only comes about with the introduction of the 6 cylinder and later in the 2a with the introduction of the single wiper motor.

Actually the replacement firewall is blue

Unfortunately I don't have any experience with BLUE firewalls!
