The seat bases are simply a board with a (slightly) shaped foam pad and a simple vinyl cover, with a couple of battens screwed to the back and a leather strap to hold it in place (some later ones had a metal frame, but this is not essential).
Given a sample any competent motor trimmer/upholsterer would make one from scratch. You could try to borrow a sample from another 2/2a/3 owner local to you and find a local upholsterer.
Four Wheel Drives in Melbourne list them, albeit without prices, and other specialist Landrover non-dealers may also have them. They are available from e.g. Exmoor Trim in the UK, but shipping is fairly expensive for bulky items compared to the cost. Some years ago I saw several pallet loads of them sold at auction to one of the local non-dealers, but I can't remember which one.
