I would suggest that you reuse the standard 4 cylinder fan, either 4 bladed or the army 8 bladed, as the 5 bladed does have a habit of getting stress cracks

and you don't want to know what the result of a blade going Ta Ta's at speed


the 4 bladed stand 2.25 ltre fan does a very good job of cooling if the radiator still has it's shroud fitted, the 8 bladed military does drag a bit of power from the motor. the alternator is only Neg Earth and the regulated ones require 2 cables from them, and the non- reg ones, (early Holden bosch 35 amp jobbies require 3 wires), which go to the external alternator regulator.
