I presume you mean "oil is leaking INTO the brake drum". This will be the seal on the inside of the hub. 
As you have identified, the first step is to remove the free wheel hub. This gives access to the bearing adjusting nut and lock nut, which can then be removed. followed by the whole hub. 
You will need a hub nut spanner, the seal and a replacement lock washer for the wheel bearing nut. Check the wheel bearings while you are at it, andreplace as necessary.
