    My latest 2A shorty.

    Well after many years without one I have re-joined the ranks of series owners and bought myself another 1971 Series 2a 88" .

    This one I found on ebay. Nice and clean. Very original from what I can tell. 2.25 diesel engine and not a spot of rust anywhere (other than a bit of surface rust)

    I flew over to Adelaide yesterday to pick her up and I drove her all the way home, getting back here at close to 10:00pm last night. My ears are still ringing!

    Vehicle is originally from Broken hill area before moving to South Australia and now Victoria.
    She'll have a quiet life with me just doing the drive to work, the odd run here and there and to hut build projects now and then. She is very much in retirement from any rough stuff.

    With shorties becoming harder and harder to find, especially Late 2A's, I was glad to find one in such good original condition.
