Some good photos on your site. Although seeing the Marina without a piano mounted on its roof seems a little odd :p:D
I have a locked rear diff, a geared LSD in the front and have still been stuck like that before... mind you, all four wheels were deep in the mud like that.
It was easy to pull out with a snatch strap wrapped around a tree connected to a 1600Kg hand winch or "Turfer". Both fit nicely behind the front seats in a 109". Very easy if you have someone sitting inside driving at the same time. Good thing about a hand winch is that you can pull from any angle too.
Not really a lot of action, but it's something I guess.
