    Game Series

I finally got around to posting on this site my Game Series is in South Australia

    Plate no 90342224 A
    Build 6/78

there are two of us driving around the Mclaren Vale wine region. I would be interested to know peoples thoughts on restoration as i need some rims and fender flares, the car apart from that is nearly original and was owned by an old war veteran in Naracoorte South Australia which i picked up for $3000 two years ago.

This one is owned by Techno British in Brisbane, he didnt pay much for it as it had a damaged engine and non original rims, the 5.5 wide type.
Since getting it he has to put it bluntly stu&$d it by putting the checker plate on, cut an air intake through the left mudguard!!!! roughly with a holesaw.
Also has alot of extras added inside the back, screwed into anything that would hold it.
Very sad really and certainly not worth what he is after.

So i just bought that Series 3 in brisbane! Any idea how he installed the checker plate? Im won't be seeing the car until sunday but i would love to know if it is possible for me to remove it. Also anybody know the modern dimensions of the wheels? I know they are 15x8 but what offset and what size tyres? Cheers if anyone can help!
