    Yes, that is certainly true, but it helps to know the rules so you can get what they say over ruled if they bend the rules in a way that disadvantages you.

    Incisor that is where thinking about your car design makes it easier. VW have both the seat belt and buckle incorporated into the seat itself in both the caddy and multivan so if you take out the seat(they are all designed to be removed reasonably easily- rails in the multiV) you are not technicaly touching the seat belt mounts. just dont take the seats apart and try to find a bloody car seat cover for the middle and back rows.

    Since the seats on the compliance plate says three, you will have to get it engineered - despite the fact that the seats have probably been in it since new!

    I have never seen the safari sign on a Landrover, and I doubt it is significant, except perhaps as a clue to history.

    Skez before you get it Eng. cert. go down the local RTA or whatever it is in QLD and ask them to check the landies history and rego papers as it may have been dealer fitted when new(or already have a paper cert that is not attached to the vehicle) and already be on a past rego paper. Take all the details you can find, chassis No. engine No. , past rego's etc.

    yeh i will and it does have alot of paperwork in it but i havent got a chance to look at it because its still at my mates house and yeh trying to decide wether to find another 2.25 engine thats good or get a 2.6 or maybe 202
