    Windscreen seal...

    Hey all,

    Is there some trick to fitting the top bottom seals?
    I'm having a shocker trying to get them to stay in place.
    I find that as soon as I tighten the frame bolts the thing begins to bulge out.
    I used mastic 5614 on it as a sealer.

    I never had any problem, but stuck the seal to one side only with contact cement. I suspect the mastic is acting as a lubricant.

    Yeah I think you might be right, it will be an absolute pain to clean up!
