Would you reuse this gearbox mainshaft?

The shaft has taken a beating on the shoulder from the thrust washer behind 2nd gear, there is a slight taper on the shoulder. The pins are broken off and can be drilled and replaced, Is this a concern or is it ok to reuse.

I wouldn't, but I may be more pedantic than most.
All the effort, you may as well do it right.

Hmmm good spotting wagoo once again. it looks not so good, a couple of high spots and some metal transfer. ill get another one. i wonder what happened? The area got very hot and flogged the mainshaft shoulder out, the metal went blue from the heat, thrust washers belted around and transfer of metal from the heat. This could be NO OIL in gearbox? W

Looks like no oil to me All the more reason to make sure that it won't leak when it goes back together

    Cheers Charlie
