    Thanks Booger, I see the box radiator there, the little tap, but fan? Ill look harder tomorrow. If theres a fan theres a switch for it? Wonder where that is? W

    The switch, if I remember correctly, is one of the levers on the right hand side of the dashboard next to the driver's door. The colour has worn off my two, so I can't tell you which one is which,

    The fan switch on mine is next to the wiper switch its a 2 position hi/lo speed and the fan is located in the air intake if you look from outside its a cylinder just behind the intake grill

    Hopefully, you will see a picture of the 'Booster Fan' that i have made and fitted to Olly and it works!

    A common fix in the UK was to fit a heater from a VW Golf I think.

    Is the golf heater an electric one? It would be nice to get away from the whole water operated heater.
