Let's play "What part is this?"

Some help please, oh Landrover Gurus.

Found this bracket thingy on Bellas parcel shelf last night, as I was removing it (pretty sure it doesn't go there).

Had a look in my manuals for a picture but couldn't find anything.

Can somebody please tell my what it is?

    Thanks in advance,

    Marty.

Bugger! I have seen one of those somewhere, but just can't place it, might not even be Landy, but I have seen one!

    Sorry I can't help!
I'll probably wake up tonight a 4am and yell "Ah-ha!"

Maybe if it was a Nissan or a Toyota, but if it's off a Land Rover it's probably from somewhere between the front bumper and the rear bumper

Ok thanks to everyone. I do have a capstan winch, so I'll have a sniff in that area to see if I can find a home.
