    Just something else to show them...

    put the numbers thru CALVIN...

    (check it first!!)

    then a norweigen website will give them the details...diesel/stn wagon 109.. all good?

    I am more than happy with this outcome, and will revert to recommending the relevant company as appropriate.

    I previously had some policies with that company, however changed since they have a reputation of being difficult when it comes time to make a claim.

    Several years ago I consulted them about insuring my 2a, but they were adamant that Landrover did not make any vehicles as early as 1970!

    Hey, don't feel too surprised! Apparently their underwriters won't insure anything before 1970 as an initial policy, and may refer existing clients "somewhere" else when the magic milestone is reached!!! I did get referred to "somewhere", and can safely sat that they were worse than useless.

    Just think how bad it would be if I had actually made a claim on any of my of my fleet of II/IIa/IIb/III/freeloader/130 def landies in the last few decades......
