    If so, yes they are a joke - I managed to get one fitted after ruining 2...
    You just need to file a small chamfer on the edge that contacts the spline so they start easier and they go straight on.

    I've done 3 sets now and never buggered one, but they are fiddly (but 1/4 of the price) and once in stay put.
