Hello from New York City.

I can see from the clock in my laptop that it is almost New Year in Brisbane and I guess by now it nominally is in Sydney.

Travelling with Mrs S3ute and the S3ute juniors and steeling up for the 9 hour stand to get into Times Square for the big bash and ball drop. Certifiably insane perhaps, but having a great time.

I just want to take the opportunity to thank the various members of the Series 3 forum for all their sage advice during the year and wish you the best for 2013.

Never letting the opportunity go by I have loaded my bag with a few odds and ends for my 88" restoration - always funny to pick up genuine UK made factory parts from sources as diverse as Louisiana, Connecticut, New Jersey and Texas for less than half the Australian asking price. Coupled to the various bits from South Africa and Zimbabwe collected in 2011 and 2012 I may as well paint UN logos on the doors....

My New Years resolution is to get the various bits and pieces into place and have my truck mobile by this time in 2013 at the latest. Your ongoing support will be invaluable there.
