If its already got a Holden 6 in it, then it should be straight forward. Be aware that the black 6 is not the greatest engine Holden ever made, it has a few quirks. Be careful with the crank angle sensor at the back of the head. They are easy to break when removing the head, box or engine, the timing is basically fixed in these engines - the dizzy is all but empty, only a rotor arm to distribute the spark.
Personally I think the Blue motor was slightly better, but you still end up with a carby that way....
