Well, you've done the fiddly bit then - the rear seal can be a PITA to get right. Pistons and rods are a snap by comparison. :)

Next time I would go down the bolted alloy block road.
Tried to make some out of an old plastic chopping board, but was not happy with the finish,

Crank with mains done.
Screws in Timing case done, and repainted.
5/32 UNF,
Rivet holes were 1/8 and I had the screws.
Any one got the front plate and they want to get rid of it ????

Looking good!
Don't forget to fit the "oil pickup" before you bolt the sump
back on or you might be disappointed! ;)
