    Main Battery Earth Point

    Hi all

Can someone please tell me where the best place is to secure the main earth from the battery, my Series I am restoring had the earth going all the way across the firewall and secured somewhere on the opposite side to the battery .... Photos would be good , thanks Craig

I would just go to one of the engine mount bracket bolts, on the block, just next to the battery.
At least then, the starter motor has a good Earth.
Make sure its all bare metal before bolting together, then some paint over the top.
A second small one could go to the chassis/ firewall.
How did the head come up ????

From battery to chassis, then chassis to gearbox/bellhousing
