Interesting the air intake is on the drivers side. Left hand drive maybe?

Looks to be lhd. Reflection of the steering wheel in lh windscreen. Nice rig. Also has rear seating by the look of it, with a soft top.

Is the roll cage blocking access to the passenger door?

    That is a beautiful setup.

    Questions:

In what state is it registered?

Was it originally built as a soft top with the rear seats or is is a conversion from a wagon?

Is it legally registered as a 6 seater?

Is it classified as a Wagon, UTE or a Tourer or what?

How has the owner got around my current problem under discussion here:

I am really hoping that it is going to turn out to be a factory built soft top which was supplied to the Australian market as a soft top with rear seats...

    Cheers

    Ahhhh..... Bugger

Having now followed the link and looked at the original site, I see that it is in the UK and therefore not encumbered by the insanity of Australian/WA DoT regulations (and historically ignorant transport inspectors...).

Which is a shame because I was just getting excited.... According to WA DoT this car wouldn't be legal over here without a ROPS to protect the occupants of the back seats.
