I have dealt with these people
Land Rover Parts - CLUTCH SLAVE CYL - L/ROVER S3 4 & 6 CYL +DEF (LT77+LT77S)
and they appear to have slave cylinders in stock and can freight them to you.
If the hose has gone and the slave cylinder too, then the master is probably not far off (unless you know it has been overhauled). It might pay you to get the master in as well to save on freight.
Probably wise to start checking out other rubber bits too- mine (a 1976 model) has progressively had all the rubber bits replaced. You might want to check out your brake slave, master, and flexible lines too. In spite of having the brakes "checked" before we toured Tasmania a couple years ago, we had slave cylinder and hose problems while in Tas and it is not a place for dodgy brakes... Luckily, thanks to "WrikleArthur's" help, we got most of it fixed while we were there, and completed the job when we got home.
