    Clutch Bleed impossible !!

I usually pre bleed the Clutch master cyl by undoing the pipe and bleeding till fluid comes out the union, then tighten and bleed the slave,.

The Lightweight came with a new MC and Slave installed but for some reason no fluid and pedal fully to the floor ?? I put fluid and set about bleeding the MC , .... lots off swearing but no joy.

Put Schraeder valve on top to push fluid through , still nothing .

what gives - Its as if the hole was never drilled through . been sitting for days and still a MC full of fluid - 20 psi air on top does nothing even with pipe undone.

The seal on the end of the pushrod assembly is stuck. sometimes cheaper to buy a trailer brake master cylinder from super expensive and just swap over.

    - put red rubber grease under the rubber boot before installing. helps with lube and stops corrosion in back of the bore.
    - oil/grease the pedal pivot bushes whilst you have it apart. engine oil will do.

The entire piston was stuck right back in the bore, had to heat - freeze - heat to get it out , what a mess spring collapsed and rusted up . Put a new MC - all fixed !! Vehicle can now move under its own steam
