    1975 s3 swb resto

    Hello to all,
Just joined and glad to be here. Several years ago I rescued a 1975 series 3 swb 88" and was going to do a quick resto on it. Before i knew it i was staring at the chassis and a full restoration was happening. It came with a holden 202 swap, quite common, and is nearly completed. However.......the accelerator rod linkage assembly from pedal to stromberg carby has gone and i am searching high and low for info on a throttle cable mod. I'm sure it's been done, I'm sure it's been talked about on here before, and at the risk of being annoying, I'm asking for some help. I've posted some pics in the members gallery. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanx

Late Series 3 used a throttle cable if I remember rightly. You should be able to use all the bits from this (cable, pedal), and they should be readily available from anyone who sells Series stuff.
