    What did you do for brackets for the truck cab

    i ended up making my own mate from some c section - seem robust enough. Probably wouldnt pass muster on a vehicle inspection though. Happy to send you some pics if you are interested.Someone on here was having some copies made up from some originals if memory serves. Cant remember who it was though.

    I intend on designing a system combining over center catches so I can swap out the ute cab top for the hard top , fairly easily and quickly

    That was me, Moocar. I had a price of around $200 per pair to have them made, but no-one was interested. Have a look at Gromit's link above, that has the pictures I had of the brackets. I ended up scoring another pair.
