    other compatible wheels

Is anyone aware what (if any) other landrover wheels are compatible with the series III stud pattern, centres and offsets?
The stage 1 has sunraysias on it so im going to have to get five more 7.5 or 9.0 /16" but that started me wondering what else might fit...
    ie 110 or defender?
    cheers

Disco wheels fit. I was running some on mine for a bit. Still have them if you want them. I am just down the road in Nowra.

Stud pattern - all Series Landrovers, 90/110, Defender, RRclassic and Disco 1 share the same stud pattern

Centres. The protruding axle end and hubcap in the centre of Series wheels mean that many RRC and late Defender wheels, especially alloys, cannot be fitted to Series.

Offset and width. Series wheels come in 5" (Series 1 and Series 2/2a/3 swb), 5.5" (Series 2/2a/3 lwb, optional on swb) 6.5" (One Ton) with a number of slightly different offsets. All can be used on any Series. 90/110 similar to lwb Series, Defender, early, the same as 90/110, later I think went to 6.5. Disco 1 are wider and offset inward to an extent that limits steering lock significantly.

An oddball is the sunraysia wheels on Series 3 Game, which are 15", and will fit any Series Landrover, but rare. North American spec Landrovers had different 15" wheels, but I have never seen any in this country.

As far as I am aware, no other manufacturer's wheels are interchangeable except for a few rarities - I think the Austin Champ may be.
