Front is a straight swap. However they are still 10-spline at the diff so you don't really gain anything. You can just swap the halfshafts and drive flanges and you will end up with the same result.
I assume the rear is a sals. That is a bit more involved. The spring perch spacing on a SWB are narrower than a lwb. So you need to weld new mounts on the LWB axle. You also need to shorten the prop - A lot!
IMHO on a SWB, the toy centre conversion is the best option, but it is expensive if you can't do the work yourself.
