any Roverdrive experts about
just finished fitting up a Roverdrive I had sourced 2nd hand a couple of years back to my series I but having a couple of problems. Looked unused but no guarantees
When in direct drive (overdrive disengaged) the overdrive lever works its way forward and throws into a neutral position. This seems to happen under throttle. If I decelerate I can see the lever pull back and the gear stay in. Bit of a bugger to have to hold this in to drive
Seem also to be down on power (relatively speaking when you don't have much to begin with) with the overdrive in. Wouldn't have thought this would be noticeable unless there is something else amiss in there.
Overdrive seems to engage and mostly fine with the odd noise but nothing major.
Any thoughts on where to start or if anyone has had similar problems before I pull the thing off.
Thanks

Send the question to Ray Wood ROVERDRIVE GEAR CORPORATION [roverdrives@yahoo.ca]
You won't find me on: faceplant; Scipe; Infragam; LumpedIn; ShapCnat or Twitting. I'm just not that interesting.
