I recently collected a rear PTO unit and a belt drive pulley.
The belt drive pulley has a male shaft as does the PTO unit. I'm guessing the belt drive pulley was from a tractor originally and this was modified for use on the Land Rover.
Was it originally from a tractor ??
I also collected a PTO and selector for the gearbox, just need a propshaft, the towing bracket and then sort out the belt drive pulley.

Will have to wait till the weekend when I move a vehicle or two.
Looks the same as in the link below but instead of a female connection (am I allowed to use that term now or should I be less gender specific ?) it has a shaft sticking out.

I have a Landrover Rear PTO and the gearbox attach stuff (no drum) I doubt I'll ever use it,
Would like one for the Power Wagon though, I'll probably have to adapt one from a tractor. there is only one that I know of in Australia .
heres some info on the Dodge setup.
Power-Wagon Rear PTO
The belt PTO was fitted to most tractors contemporary with the first Series 1. It would not be surprising to find very similar looking ones on tractors.
However, considering that most of these belt pulleys would be cast iron, and that the shaft is almost certainly steel, it seems unlikely to me that the shaft and pulley cannot be separated.

I may have a PTO driveshaft. i have one odd driveshaft that i am not sure what it is. Do you have any idea roughly what length the driveshaft needs to be ?
