In my experience, HT leads last a long time. My 2a I replaced the leads about twenty years ago after a loose end fitting on the coil took out the coil. And they are still perfectly OK. When I sold the Citroen about ten years ago, it still had the original 1974 leads, and these were giving no issues.
So it is hard to see why an individual owner would need a full roll. (Unless they have a mouse problem! - but in that case the reel wants to be in a steel box.)
I'm sure I have a full roll minus enough to replace the leads on my Series I.
Wasn't that expensive 16 odd years ago plus I couldn't find it anywhere else at the time, I do remember it wasn't super flexible. I'll have a look in the shed tonight.
