    No, but it is most likely to be Whitworth since it screws into the alloy casting, and probably either 1/2" or 9/16". There is a slight possibility it is BSP. I'll see if I can find one I can get at and identify.

    It's 3/8" 19 TPI BSP, identical to the thread in the S1 thermostat housing.
