Yep, for such a simple modification, it makes a big difference. You wouldn't think that a little bit of lift and a little move backwards would do much, but it's worth it.
Cheers, Murray
I am only 6ft tall and have often thought about Mulgo's seat rail extension but never bothered, it was comfortable enough...
Well, I was down at the expedition centre yesterday (to check out “Chook73” portals) and grabbed a set.
Now I can’t believe how much difference they make, to move the seat back an extra inch feels like a mile.
If you are 6ft or there about’s get them, you wont be disappointed.
Thanks once again Daniel (Mulgo)

Where do you get them please, I'm 5'11' and my right leg always rests against the door handle which can get a bit sore after a while and a bit more lift may compensate.
cheers Ian
Give Daniel a ring at Mulgo, Expedition centre.
He will, no doubt work it out for you.

OK then. I have noticed sitting in "The Count" that it is a bit on the squishee side (me at 6'4"). So you blokes raving on about these have made me go and buy some from the Mulgo site.
Any idea's on how long their stuff normally takes to get to Melbourne?
are they compatible with a P38?
Our Land Rover does not leak oil! it just marks its territory.......
Anybody heard from Daniel lately I'm waiting for some sales enquiries responses for about a week now, in the past I've had immediate answers
Sounds like something else i am going to have to fit whilst it's in his workshop, i have been thinking about them for ages but it sounds like I need them.
Drover it was great to meet you and Peta, I am very curius how many times/ways did you try bringing up fitting portals to the svx with swmbo on the drive home?
I can tell you Daniel has been incredibly busy in the last week, he now has an employee and seems to be slowly catching up with the backlog.
Regards
Iain

i have thought about it
but as i dont have air-con and tend to wind down the drivers window as soon as i hop in the defender it seems natural to put by elbow out the window...........
i assume the B Piller will get in the way if i'm sitting further back.
