Unable to open door lock from inside - needs the best locksmith

I have my car land rover freelander 2003 and i'm having problem to open the door lock from inside. I can't open the door locks of my car from inside so i have to open them from outside only. I dnt knw what's wrong at this point if anyone is familiar with this plzz share your suggestion with me to fix this issue.. Thnx in advance

have u tried checking the child lock devices??? if not take off the door handles on the inside and make sure they are catching on the release mechanism

Child locks are only on the rear doors.

You'll need to pop the door trims off & see what's going on with the internal release mechanisms. I think they're cables on the FL1 so maybe something's come adrift.

Its probably a cable that have snapped. I had to refit a new cable to my old Freelander.
