Seat mounts

Took the back seats seats out of my 2015 defender......after removing all bolts I was lugging the 100 kgs or so of the double seat out in the folded forward position I heard a "clunk " and when I got it out noticed that one of the mounts had sprung back to the normal seating position ........so I now have 1 mount in the fold forward position and one in the normal seating position ... .......I tried to push the normal seating positioned lug back down but no go ..........it just springs back .........this might make reinstalllation a bit difficult when I decide to do it ........how do I get both seat lugs similarly aligned .....ie .....both in pull foreward position ......or both in normal seating position .......while the seat is out of the vehicle ......??
