The air con of my Puma works quite well, blows cool and doesn't take too long to get there, the biggest problem is that each passenger only gets the one vent and it is in the centre of the car. The result is we normally have one side of the body comfortable and the other warm.
In Newcastle and a lot of other parts of Australia there probably isn't much need for the vents on the side of the dash that help de-mist the side windows and with the AC switched to de-mist there is actually a bit of airflow coming out of them. Has anyone thought about or tried to connect these vents to the same ducting as the centre vents? I imagine there isn't a great deal of room behind the dash so just curious if anyone else has tried before I pull my dash apart.
There is a bit of a gap between the dash and the window too so there would even be a possibility of 3D printing a forward facing vent to clip onto the side of the dash.
