I'm running IPF900XS in my old Defender.  They are good and very well sealed from dust and water.  I used to think they were a fantastic light until I put LF 240HID's on the Puma and then realised what I was missing
Be careful of the IPF's with HID as when I looked at them last year I found they had none of the weather sealing on the 900XS version that the halogen version had.
Also you don't need 55W or 70W HID in fact these will give a very harsh unnatural light and the bulbs will not last as long.  You are much better off with 35W HID at around the 4200K temperature as the light is more natural and they last a lot longer.
