Difflock will not reply to my emails of complaint.

never had a problem with what i got from them...
have found a lot of uk suppliers are all tarred with the same brush and fob you off if you have a complaint and try to sort it via email...
phone usually sorts it asap.

I know both the guys that own Difflock...
Richard is the guy who is now soley in-charge of Difflock.com. Simon now has nothing to do with it.
Having said all that, knowing Richard he'll be busier than a busy man and he is very fair and honest. Give him some time and keep sending him emails, I know there are other things going on over there at the moment that I am not about to start discussing here.
