Just priced a new input shaft in Aus, around $550. Add the other consumables and then some time to this, it looks uneconomical to repair. The 120 may be dead for a while.

Goddamn it man, no Land-Rover is uneconomical to repair!!!

Okay, some are . . . but have you looked to the Old Country? Assuming yours is a solid case; FRC7852 LT85 STAGE 2 PRIMARY PINION | shop | www.lrseries.com | L. R. Series

    CONSTANT PINION PRIMARY ASSEMBLY LT85 90/110 V8 - FRC7852 - Land Rover Parts & Range Rover Parts

Or would an LT95 be better?
At any given point in time, somewhere in the world someone is working on a Land-Rover.
