For me i will be moving the engine forward to get to the seal, mine may be leaking also and i need to do the belt.
Hi all just quick question. Been told my rear main seal needs changing (didn't think it was leaking) what is the best way. remove motor or gearbox. i was planning on changing timing belt soon anyway. any reply would be help full.
I will be having a good look at oil leaks first.

If you do replace rear main seal remove the sump and change the T seals in the rear main bearing cap, they are prone to leak as well.
