One thing i haven’t got around to fixing is my EGT gauge as it got stuck in the old manifold and unfortunately i destroyed it attempting to get it out. Anyway with a tweaked fuel pump i was running at the higher end of the 300TDI safe EGT scale with the std turbo and manifold before the conversion and was always worried about melting the turbo. Now that i have a TD5 turbo can I run higher EGTs or am I still at risk of melting everything??
