First thing first engage your diff lock and the car will drive on RWD. As it stands you will see the front tailshaft rotate when you are in gear. With the diff lock engaged it should then drive normally.
Removing the 6 bolts from outside the front hub and withdrawing the stub axle will allow you to check for fragments inside. The whole hub assembly is held to the axle end with 6 bolts too. Not too hard to remove as an assembly. A complete assembly from a wreck might be the cheapest repair option.
